Burnett's previously had a simple brochure site including simple laptop insurance quote calculator. It was difficult to update and each time a new page needed to be added, it was a slow and costly. As a growing company in the computer maintenance insurance market, Burnett PLC also underwent a re-brand with a Dorset based marketing company. The company redevelop their website to allow future changes to be made easily and without additional expense.

The Solution

We talked through the possible options with Burnett's and it was decided that our content management system should be implemented, allowing specific Burnett's staff to update and add to the website in an easy, cost effective manner.

Our content management system gives all of the tools necessary for businesses and website owners to build and maintain their own online presence effectively.

As an additional feature of the website, we built an online insurance calculator to help website visitor to get an instant quote, saving them time and money. When a quote is presented to the website user, they are then able to proceed with the insurance quote and direct debits can be set up instantly via the website. This reduces the amount of processing on behalf of the company as well as saving considerable time for the website user.

The online direct debit facility has also been opened up to affiliates of Burnett to make use of it. This increases the amount of transactions that Burnett process each year, increasing revenue for the company.
