Due to its reputation for providing quality products in the local area the need to have an online presence had been small. But due to a change in buying behaviour of the target market and to improve access to product range, Woods decided that an online presence would improve the sales of the business.

On-going support to make minor changes to the website, including seasonal sales. A website that advertises Woods products without having an e-commerce system in place. Therefore so orders are taken over the phone or face-to-face in the Woods stores.
