The Problem
Prospect Resourcing are a growing recruitment agency based in London. Specialising in communication and PR recruitment, the company needed to improve their online presence to attract new recruits and employers. In addition to this, the company had grown substantially since starting up and needed to improve their online brand to reflect this.

The Solution
Working closely with the management team of Prospects, we got underneath the skin of the company to understand how best to portray them online. This process went through several different stages including the completion of design documents and developing and refining web design concepts. As well as improving the online brand of Prospects, the company wanted to make the website a central point for all job applications.
After working to understand the job processes of the company, we developed an bespoke online recruitment system to allow them to manage all candidates and employers. The admin system allows all information to be managed and updated as necessary. As with all of our systems, the information can be managed with minimal training. This means that Prospects can update their website themselves without incurring any additional costs and can react to changes in the industry instantly.
